Impressive squatting. I did notice your training is lacking in the curl department though.
-Nutrition was pretty great today-- ~3200 calories, had: 15oz red potatoes, 12oz pan-seared chicken breast, an entire vanilla protein cheesecake with sugar-free chocolate syrup, a big cup of fat-free tart yogurt with strawberries, bananas, graham cracker and cheesecake bites, a box of cheddar explosion Mac n' Cheese, a fat free Hebrew National hot dog and a bowl of cinnamon oats cereal
Fuck yeah man. Forgot to mention I make my Mac n' cheese with 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese and skim milk.
I've had similar things happen when shrugging but that's because my neck is screwed up. Probably some nerve pinching going on. Nice curling
