Hey man, been reading up on IF/LG since you've been raving so much about it, and feel I have a decent grasp on it. I'm wondering, however, how you would set it up if you were training twice a day (AM and PM) 6 days a week? It seems to be tailored more towards people with a single session a day, so I'm wondering if there's any template or options out there for bi-daily training.
