When I was his weight I was a very good grappler. Putting weight on is one of things that killed my game.
Unless you mean that you got fat and out of shape, that doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Unless you mean that you went up a weight class, and the competition got harder.

It's not at all about how much you weigh. It's how strong, quick and conditioned you are. I don't believe any grappler continued training as much as ever but gained weight and watched his game die.
Goon you said it was ONE of the things, didn't you stop training for a while? If so I can't imagine how you could blame weight gain.

Sick abs, Jewb! My diet is for shit. I was 70% good about it, but I guess my metabolism was a shit ton slower than I thought, because I only dropped about 2 lbs in a lot of weeks. My weight is stagnant now, and I'm on paleo. Maybe I'll log something soon.
