I was having trouble staying upright and under the squats today. My quads were tired coming into this session and I was relying on my back. Drop sets felt great. Concentrated on pulling the bar down hard throughout. Zero let me try out his rehband knee sleeves... nice.

Asc I was just tinkering with MS Paint. Really, I was avoiding my studies. Tried to make Supes blonde but it looked more like a Super Sayian. I'm post a smaller version in your log brah ; ) Thought you could use a cheering up.

Ahh, this deload week couldn't come soon enough. I'm beat up. I'll be going home to visit my folks in Buffalo for a week, but I'll stay busy. My parents yard is 7+ acres of mowable lawn, and my dad just returned from Toronto yesterday where he had hernia surgery. Hopefully he'll take it easy. He's 83 and has only been retired for 4 years... he can't stop working. We have a few trees to take down, so hopefully I can keep the chainsaw and sledge out of his hands for a bit. I don't know though he's a tough cookie. Have a good week fellas I'll try to update, but my folks are rocking dial up :icon_neut

Spent the past week eating my weight in cookies and cake, but that was offset by an enormus amount of yardwork.

I hate squatting on the first day back after a layoff. So weak. One more deload day and Zero and I will be back in sync again.

I worked on initiating squats by sitting back and rising out of the hole head first. On heavier sets, if I don't sit back I can get jammed at the bottom, kick my hips back causing the to bar travel forward...squatmorning city.
