I am putting an A/C in my GYM. It was only $98 at Satan Mart. Get a fucking job for a week and you can swing that. I have to install my stuff this weekend. I drunk alot! Hot bad, Strong Good!

Skipped out on lifting. Today was all wrong. Started the day at the DMV, didn't eat dinner, hiked for 2 hours before a squat session... I wanted to get outside before it becomes surface of the sun hot here soon.

Okay day.

I'm done with the burpee challege. They have been giving my lower back pain on the left side, I must round my back a lot. That and I skipped a squat session. I'll find other ways of conditioning.
