Need to work on a more controlled descent for my squat, things get a little wonky above 365. Didn't feel totally in the groove with the 295 singles on bench. Need to perform a quicker walkout and bench setup, I waste a lot of time fiddling around before lifts.

Bench was weak tonight. I bumped down 5lbs and the doubles still hurt.My last front squat may be the slowest rep in recorded history. My legs were tired.
 
Nice squatting! Is the 3 wheel FS a PR?

Some of my back squats have had the explosiveness of fishing the drawstring out of swim trunks. Slow rep>>>>>>>>>>missed rep! It builds character.

Triceps were pretty smoked after hitting heavy singles, so we cut the 2nd bench session. Pause Squats were killing me. Leg strength is limited out of the hole with no stretch reflex, had to fight off the GMing it on each 2nd rep of the doubles.

Deadlifting was good tday. Fixed the problem of my right knee buckling by sliding out my right hand. A few reps my right hand was a bit too far and I leaned to the right.

Need practice deadlifting with a belt. I feel like I can't get any air in my belly to push with. When I take a big breath holding onto the bar I feel folded over at the bottom, can't get a big enough breath, and don't have any air to push against the belt once the bar gets to my knee. I tried sucking in air, then quickly grabbing the the bar and ripping it. I had better air with this set-up, but I leaning forward every rep and locking it out felt like a stiff-legged deadlift. I guess I just rushed everything. Suggestions welcome... other then loose the gut.
