I split wood for 2.5 hrs on Friday, ate lunch, and went for a 3hr walk thru the woods and along the now thawing Lake Erie. Snuck into a few old abandoned buildings overlooking the lake and rummaged around. My thumbs are useless from swinging a sledge 2 days ago.

Sabres lost in a shootout last night. I blame Zero. I'm staying full with really, really recocklously good pizza. Buffalo has one of the highest incidence of heart disease in the US...so you know the pizza is good.

Felt good after the week off. Arm pain is gone. I was happy to squat heavier today. Some of my form issues pop up above 85%, I'd like to do more squatting around 85%-95%
 
I'll hire you to give me sponge baths until you get on our feet again.

4hrs - White Water kayaking @ the Upper Salt River


I'll have some pictures up later this week. Had an amazing time. The river was freezing, but it a beautiful day...almost 90 out. Felt freakin smashed afterward. It was a long, hot day, and I was ready for a smorgasboard by the time we drove home.
