Concentrated on looking at a fixed position and pushing my ass out at the bottom. I've started looking down...bad news. Keep squats a little lighter today, I feel I'm too slow. Went ok. Short pause on the chest when benching, stayed tighted, kept elbows in. Mini band pullaparts on rest breaks. I'm getting fat ; [ Needs more treadmill.
