I pushed a stationary bike facing the wall underneath a tv rack mounted high on the wall. I tossed a mini band around it so I could row with a bilateral motion while I was on the bike. I did a seated high row, a seated low row (a band around the handle bars), and a standing overhead pull (climbing-like). I had the resistance as high as possible without the pedals regularly getting stuck if I lost momentum. In a nutshell. aerobic system training with different muscular recruitment. I'm sure I looked funny too.
