Warmup: foam roll - pvc roll. This past weekend was rough (drinking) so I've made a concious effort to get more quality sleep. Nearly 9 hrs on Mon, Tues, and I was expecting to feel great on Wed. Not the case. I got ready for the gym, walked out the door, came back in the house and said "I'm not going, I feel so tired." Made a deal with myself to just to the first two sets and headed back out the door...Walk to the gym...My stomache feels unsettled.

I'm not feeling very good...Gurgle butt. I had to stop a few times on my walk home, I was breaking out in a sweat. Whoa, I feel like my eyes are burning up and I'm freezing. I bundled up and went to bed after an epson salt bath. Woke up in a pool of sweat at midnight...Awake from 3:30-5am freezing. I'm sporting some sort of fever or food poisoning. Extra Strength Tylenol is keeping me standing today. I hate the world today.
