I was wondering if that was going to be any good. I liked the last X-Files movie, but they never tied the movie back into the tv show. Plus they never answered any questions!!!!

Edit: I loved the X-files (up to the last few seasons). This movie says absolutely nothing about the alien invasion of 2012. In fact, it is arguably not even an X-file. It was so fucking bad. If you are a fan, pretend this movie never happened.
 
Damn that sucks. I'd rather see Wall-E instead. Can't go wrong with Pixar.

Concentrated on looking at a fixed position and pushing my ass out at the bottom. I've started looking down...bad news. Keep squats a little lighter today, I feel I'm too slow. Went ok. Short pause on the chest when benching, stayed tighted, kept elbows in. Mini band pullaparts on rest breaks. I'm getting fat ; [ Needs more treadmill.
 
I need to remember to start doing mini-band pull aparts between sets of bench again. An easy way to keep the shoulders healthy and get some active rest between sets. You moving onto #30 next?

Yep yep. I'm just going to plug along though the routines. Until I can't stand the big 3 anymore.

I'm been doing a pretty goos job warming up my shoulders before bench work. I'm getting some crunchies (the technical term) in my sholders, but no pain. I awesomely dislocated my shoulder playing beer league softball last summer. I iz smooth.

HaHa! Rain. It was 107 in the field yesterday! I think it may be warmer today. I have pushed so hard physically that I just can't lift right now.

Used a slighter wider grip when benching (middle finger on rings), felt good. DLs okay. I'm still too slow on the bottom half and have little momentum past the knees. I need more leg drive. Pointers are welcome. Kinda felt like I had to poop all workout... annoying. At least I didn't fart when benching. Shot hoops on Deadlift rest breaks. I haven't touched a basketball since a 3 on 3 tourney in college = i suck now. Fun nonetheless. good day : ]
