Squatting is starting to feel better. I found my bar placement again. I was setting the bar too low on my shoulders. I'll to stick with high bar placement, when I set the bar lower the wheels fall off and I do my patented "squat-morning." Bench was okay, nothing to report. Front squat felt good, but I'm pretty reliant on my belt at heavier weights. I need stronger abzors and hips. I'm still amazed at the drop off in my lifts after vacay.
