My forearms and elbows have been sore from push pressing. The way I'm holding the bar before pushing is causing the aggravation. I'll experiment holding the bar differently.

I just bought these bad boys on Ebay for the same price as a pair of vsa's. I was shocked to find size 14s. I'll admit it....I'm a gear whore.
More news: Also booked a flight to Costa Rica in March. I'm jazzed to go. The furthest I've been outside of the US is Canada (we all no that is just US-lite) and a border town in Mexico. If anyone has been there already, let me know what you liked there.
