Yuck. You almost need to begin each workout with a set of burpees to warm up. Do you sneak back into your home between sets?

I'd almost be tempted to jump rope between sets as a form of active recovery. Well, that sounds good in theory, but I probably couldn't keep it up the whole workout. Are your workouts completed faster in the winter?

Workout time is about the same, I warm up more seriously, instead of fooling around. I also wear a sweater and knee gloves.

Well, if you insist on being miserable, you could try applying a liberal amount of tiger balm or icy hot before training. It will help you warm up faster

my job changed my schedule so i cant make it to the gym until 7:30pm....is that still going to be a problem? let me know cause id rather workout saturday morning but it would be cool to lift with ya so im still down to work out friday night if you are.
