Why is your grip so wide when you dl?

My arms should be just outside my knees, I'm just more comcfortable with my feet slightly wider than normal for a conventional pull. I'll experiment bringing my feet little closer together.

256.....after X-Mas probably 260. The in-laws took muh pride in stuffing me with food daily. I was beginning to believe I was living in a Grimm fairy tale and they were just fattening me up...to eat me.

DS..I should have a magical belt made from the hide of a nuclear powered lizard or insect waiting for me at home.

Liquid:

Does your gym have a safety squat bar? If so, you should use one. The bar forces you to keep your back straight (you cannot do a rep and good morning the weight at the same time). I think it would help your back squat a lot.

Does your lever close all the waon the inzer belt or does it stay open by a smidge? I am going to try to squat or ohp tomorrow so will see how the belt feels. I think its biggest use will be during squats....like godzilla himself spotting you...I tried it out at home with bw squats and it feels like i am wearing 3 belts....lol
 
If you close the lever all the way it should be metal touching metal, thats closed. If you close it fast you should be able to hear metal on metal when it's shut.

I concentrated on pushing against the belt. Where in relation to your belly button should the belt sit? Just above the hips?

My forearms and elbows have been sore from push pressing. The way I'm holding the bar before pushing is causing the aggravation. I'll experiment holding the bar differently.

More news: Also booked a flight to Costa Rica in March. I'm jazzed to go. The furthest I've been outside of the US is Canada (we all no that is just US-lite) and a border town in Mexico. If anyone has been there already, let me know what you liked there.
