GymBoss is the least expensive workout timer you can buy. It works great, as you can set the work/ rest intervals to whatever you'd like. It's small and light, you clip it to your waistband like a pager so tabata sprints are easy. Mine has broken and it is sometimes hard to here the beep/vibrate. I'd get it....I'll probably order another.

you have got balls to go for 405 after 365-385 squats...i was surprised you wore a belt for deads but not for squats...Belt probably is most beneficial for squats...you gotta push out against it...
you definitely need to tweak your form in both lifts...
is this going to be a regular play date type of thing with you and zero?
