Forgot wrist wraps today or I would've tried 5X5 with 315. I'm pretty reliant on wraps when going heavy because I broke my right radius in the past and it set funny. I dug the Zercher BSS. I'll try them again, as it took a little doing to get comfortable and positioned right.

Damn fine squatting! I am guessing that if you do your "1RM" 24 times then you might be a bit overdue for a ME test. I'm guessing it will be close to my 1rm

Yeah I forgot my damn wrist wraps or I was going to test my max. I haven't back squatted in long time, so its good to see what I'm doing is working.

I'm going to keep hitting up the Front Squats and working the lower half of my squat. My quads and abs are the weak link. When the weight just truly heavy I end up GMing the weight.










PS. The Amgen firings just happened! The wifey is in the clear.

The Dex/Malt gave me a super duper sugar high. So far I haven't noticed it with WMS (sample size =1 day haha).

It also gave me bad gas:eek:

I think I might get some taurine to add to my PWO mix. Monger seems to think this might be too much Glutamine too, so maybe I'll turn it down next order.

I got my CoC 1 in today and my church shirt yesterday.
 
I know. I really liked everyone there, but if the wifey and are going to move soon. It seemed to work better with Bayer as they a scheduled to close that location in a year. If we were going to stay in Seattle permanently I would've taken the other job...no doubt! I was very conflicted, I know I would've been happier there.

My gas tank was a little better tonight. About time too, I was beginning to get frustrated with my deconditioned state.

No soreness yet. Normally develop lower back pain from squatting and pulling heavy, so I tried to be more proactive today and alternated hot and cold compresses on my lower back while watching tv and sherdoggin'. Good stuff.

Before Bed: 26g MPI w/ frozen fruit, 1/2 serv. Gatorade, ZMA, fish oil, aspirin.




Zero - I'm going to shoot for 365.

I took a ten minute break and hit my quads, IT Bands, and Posterior chain with the foam roller before the last set. I was hoping to get 5 reps as I've only ever squeezed out 2 reps with 405. Once I got a few reps under my belt I realized they were going up easy and I decided to keep going...I was feelin' bananas.... and there was more in the tank.:icon_evil
 
Well, that's no good for the rest of us in the DL 495 comp.

If I were you, I wouldn't do anymore deadlifts. You could hurt yourself. Try curling instead.
