A for effort, C+ for form. My legs were still sore from squats on Friday. I wasn't keeping my hips down and I was pulling with a lot of back. Slightly ramped reps 4 and 5 on the top set, but I was still happy as I was still pretty quick off the floor.

For sheezy. I did 585 at my meet last fall after doing 485x6, so you aren't far away from 6 plates if not there already.
