Beware the Jabberwocky!

I thinking about doing platform deads/Deads off of 45s/snatch grip deads. I need to work on my form so partials are less important to me.

For recovery work you can easily just do 2 or 3 sets of bodyweight squats and pushups in the evening. It doesn't have to be long, just some quick moving around to get blood moving into those areas will go a long way. If you have bands, band good morning are super for the low back. 2 sets of 20 the day after deadlifting, and squats and pushups after the other two days would be a quick option.

Thats exactly what I'm planning. Keep it simple. Something I can do in front of the boob tube on off days.

I'd like to do some incline walking on the treadmill, but I hate going to the gyn just for that. Swimming would be good, but the community pool has wacky hours. They do have a sauna though.

Most of all I want to cut down my rest between sets, so I'm not working out for 2.5 hours and get more sleep.

Luckily for me work is starting to slow down in the coming weeks and I'll be off overtime. I commute 40 minutes each way, plus a 10.5 hour workday, plus 2.5 hour workouts....yeah it's a bitch. Now I'll be working 8-9 hours and it's a lot easier.

Nice. That'll make it a lot easier. Seeing the sun is helping too. I'm dying for Spring to get here. I feel like I have less energy lately.

Normally I get to work at 8:45, but on Wed and Thur I go in 2 hrs early. Ewwwww. I feel retarded after lunch on those days.

I'm going to start going to my massage therapist again., as I'm spinally challenged. Lots of lower back, hip, and IT band work.

And its covered by my insurance.

*fist pump*

I'll just hope that Donut's company gets another bridge project in West Virginia.

This should should insure he has plenty of overtime Chase.

*plays air guitar to "Under the Bridge."*

West Virginia is so full of phail it's not even funny. Except that Brian Siders guy, he's kind of strong.

You told me you sucked at burpees. How the fuck did you smoke me and Fatty by two minutes in the 100 burpee challenge!

Ahahahaha..biotech job finally pays off.

*Stuffs pockets with EPO...grabs some Levitra too*

When are you gonna Bench max? You claim 250, but you do 225x15? Inquiring minds want to know.

not 225x15...but 225x3 five times.

I'm pretty sure I'm some where between 265-275.

Still 15 reps, but I get your point. Do you have a target that you are waiting to get to before you max?

No. My form finally feels good.. I'm just concentrating on keeping my elbows in, bar speed up, and snapping my elbows together while on Sheik and doing alot of medium intensity work.

Finding a live body to spot me is hit or miss to.

Cool, I still feel a bit awkward on all my lifts' form. Much less than before though.

I got Starting Strength 2nd edition and it has great advice for the bench. I feel that I have the pointers to make serious gains in the BP. Great stuff for the other lifts for that matter. It doesn't say "this is how you bench" it explains the mechanics and describes how to optimize different aspects of those mechanics.
