I've never listened to Kyuss before yesterday. Their name made me think they'd be like Cannibal Corpse or some shit, but I was wrong. Kyruss is good. I rocked them on my ipod working out today.

My middle back was smoked from shoveling gravel removing large rocks from for the yard for 4 hours yesterday, wasn't as sore as I'd thought I'd be today. Plowed through the workout pretty quickly, but I've lost my push jerk stroke. Think I'll work some high rep jerks (and try to be less weak) in the future to find the groove.

Sounds like you been working steady, and the finished product is going to be great. My lifting got seriously neglected last summer (due to baby it probably will again this year). Looks like you've hit a good balance.
