Sorry if this was asked already, I just recently learned about the concept of betting margin % values. Like for example if a fighter has implied probability of 36% to win from their odds, but you think they have a 40% chance to win so there's a 4% margin of value.

My question is what is a general good amount to look for with these margins, something like 10%? Or is it a case-by-case situation depending on how risky a fight outcome is and you would want more % margin in one fight over another?

You fly to Nevada to stay within the law. Hopefully now that betting is legal by federal law more states will allow it not just online but at casinos or lotto retailers.

no it will go into your coinbase wallet and then you can transfer to your trezor.

They do sometimes. One of the biggest draw backs to being successful. Limits and outright bans. Some have 10s of books to use some use friends to create new account. Definitely the biggest hurdle.

Also, are betting exchanges an option? Do they have their own limitations?

The only 2 books I'm aware of that won't cut you off are Pinnacle and Bookmaker. We don't have exchanges in Canada but I assume you can't get limited there either. Most other books will cut you off between the 5k-15k profit range but if you have access to more identities you can cycle through them.

I do have a favourite betting site but i’m not quite sure if it’s allowed in the US. I mostly do sports betting and play some online casino games at Sportsbet.io (again, don’t know if you can play it in America but can’t you use vpn?)

You keep the original underdog payout.

Whatever the number was at the time of your bet, that's what you'll get paid. That's why predicting line movement is important sometimes, so you can catch openers or time your bets to give yourself the best odds vs what direction you think people will shift the lines.

Heads up to those from the US who deposit and withdraw into their bank accounts. I just handled a transaction for a large bank that has a form within their closing package in regards to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unlawful_Internet_Gambling_Enforcement_Act_of_2006). The form basically stated that you were made aware of the act and that you will not transact any online gambling through accounts at that bank. It had a provision that they can freeze your account and even accelerate your note/mortgage forcing you to refinance from their institution or enter foreclosure.

I've seen similar things through the years with people denied loans due to source of funds in their account being from online gambling. Even money going out for deposit was identified which caused a red flag for underwriting. Ironically, our state has now made online gambling legal, however, this is a new form that I haven't seen throughout my 13 years in the business.

If you aren't doing crypto or other methods to conceal, your best bet is to keep a small account in a bank that you do not plan using for many transactions. Do not disclose this account on loan apps.
