You’re really letting this get to you. Get out more often. It does..
And it describes your disposition well, Dick.

My buddy is original owner of his, he has two. You're not lying. Can you even get one with low miles for under $20k now? Crazy to think that 90s cars have shot up that much. But then again, a cherry Grand National is $20k minimum so I shouldn't be surprised.
They were 4-500 a piece for a nice one when I was in high school lol. It's almost as bad as Broncos/Blazers/square body trucks. Those things are damn near investments now
I wanna get one but not wanting to have to go in to debt to get it - so I'll admire them from afar. The car not the Gal in the picture.Do you like the new Bullitt? They came as close as they could with what they had to work with.

I knew a guy that had a 77 TA. Didn't they make two of those with that engine? A 180 HP and a 220 HP version? They were 4-500 a piece for a nice one when I was in high school lol.
I paid 800.00 for my blk/gold ws-6 bandit 78 T/A
Not a 6.6L, a real 6.6 T/A

They were super cool cars. I went to tech school with a guy that had a 1980 Turbo TA. That 301 turbo was a fucking dog, but I Ioved the design. The disco dash with the lights on hood cowl.Yes, the ones that said
6.6 Litre on the shaker came with the weaker OLDS 403
The ones that said 6.6 T/A on the shaker came with the stronger 400 Pontiac.
I dated a girl for a short time who had a turbo 301 when I had my 78They were super cool cars. I went to tech school with a guy that had a 1980 Turbo TA. That 301 turbo was a fucking dog, but I Ioved the design. The disco dash with the lights on hood cowl.
I read an article once that rated that 301 turbo as the worst engine GM ever produced. That's saying a lot.I dated a girl for a short time who had a turbo 301 when I had my 78
I always wanted to fuck with it, but her dad and her had restored it and wanted to keep it original.
I’d still like to fuck with one , and see what you could do with it today.
Yank the 301, shove a 389 or 400 in its place(the 301 is same block everything bolts up) and work the turbo.
Could be evil.
Buddy of mine in highschool had one, fun car.I read an article once that rated that 301 turbo as the worst engine GM ever produced. That's saying a lot.
Now an 89 Turbo TA.. probably top ten favorite car of mine.
I used to love the fuck out of them until i realized how slow they were for how loud and great they sound. Theyre heavy as all hell.
Id like one, but id be bored within a month.

Yes they do.
What are you talking about.
The 396 was a bad dude, but the 427 powered ones were the real mother fuckers. Only hemi’s in a dart could really fuck with them.

#2 1970 Dodge Charger
Was lucky enough to own a 1968 and a 197” Nova. Would love to build another but the prices are just ludicrous these days.
Also had one of these big bastards:

That project broke the bank. Had a stupid custom 472 in it. Definitely one of my favorites.
