Randy would have gotten mutilated.

Fedor didn't hit his decline until 2009. Randy would maybe stand a better chance in a cage setting because he MIGHT be able to press him against the cage for a moment but in all honesty, he wouldn't have been able to handle the speed of Fedor (nor the speed of his hands) and Fedor at that time was still a good enough grappler to keep Randy off of him.
