Belal needs to clinch to secure a TD,How does he avoid it.

He has to time it well and go for this single leg or the double, ideally he can turn the corner and take his back for the slam. I should of been more clear though I meant avoid getting backed up and clinching against the fence. Shavkat is taller and longer limbs, if he gets him against the fence he can do serious damage to Belal.

Dude, wrestling is the most dominant form in MMA, has nothing to do with luck. Besides by going through the thread its obvious you're emotionally invested in Shavkat. Both guys are good fighters, whichever can implement their game plan will win, but the longer the fight goes the more it favors Belal via cardio.

Styles make fights and Leon lacks ruggedness in the trenches. Shavkhat is not Leon, he can get down and dirty when it matters. The fight will be dirty

Shavkat would struggle with Leon. Leon doesn't fight much differently than Garry.

Belal won his title in a similar performance... Leon split him open in the last round but that was the only real fight finishing offence all fight.
Shavkat should have been up 4 rounds going into the 5th. Ian spent so much time backing into the fence avoiding the fight, he ripped his shorts.

His reversal was awesome, but he still didn't capitalise on it. Shavkat beat him on the feet, in the clinch and on the ground.
Garry is legit, but Shavkat comfortably beat him. We are all just used to him doing it in a round via destruction.

Garry has an awesome chin. The shots Shavkat landed on Ian, would have had Leon wobbling all over the place.
People are forgetting Garry got caught clean multiple times.

Different judges thought Belal lost 3 of the 5 rounds vs Luque 2 years ago. Belal couldn't finish a guy fighting 4 rounds with 1 arm last year.

Whatever he did to be in the best shape of his life at 36 worked out for him. If he keeps aging in reverse the fight is closer to a 50/50 and if he returns to what he has been trough most of his carreer he is out of there before the end of the 3rd. That's why the -200 seems reasonable for Shavkat...
