I've received several recent request for snake skin trunks.......Topboxer will provide me with those answers and which skins actually can be used.

Also, for those asking me if my recent request for the email address for Zepol is an attempt to move my operations to Mexico, the answer is definitely NO....I'm very happy, as you know with the top quality gear and excellent attention to detail from Topboxer and his crew. The request for an address was only to check on their availability of Heavy bags and the price. Very happy and loyal to Muhammad. Thanks.

P.S. we have many, many, leather colors along with the recently added snake and croc skins, but we do not have neon colors yet. Our metallic foil leather in silver, gold and champagne are used on trim only, cuff, thumb and palm, not recommended for hitting surface.

Our patent leather like leather or we call it shiny leather in red, black, blue and white is also used for trim colors only.

It wasn't that people thought you were gonna leave Topboxer entirely, but that the speculation was that you'd make a Hecho en Mexico line in addition to your current line. Anyway, now we know that no such thing would happen, and I'm glad you cleared that up.

Yes, Topboxer is very talented and innovative, and he's also a really awesome person to work details out with. I suggest people add him on facebook and chat with him sometime. You guys will really find out what a cool guy he really is!

I had suggested to Topboxer to make a Pride-style glove, and with enough pics and enough customer interest, he tells me that it shouldn't be too difficult. Anyone looking for a customizable Pride glove...look no further.

Also, Topboxer wanted me to add...everyone who is satisfied with the Beaulieu line and/or Topboxer's work, please spread the word. Topboxer wants to push both the Beaulieu line and also his own brand MMA equipment (ex. trunks, wraps, shoes, shirts, BJJ uniforms, boxing, Thai-style, and mma gloves, etc...). He mentioned as an example bulk mma gloves run $25 shipped. So if you know clubs or gyms wanting gear for resale...spread the word!
 
Ok then what do you guys think of Thai pads with snakeskin?
 
We need to clarify the use of both snake skin and croc skin. Both are fairly stiff and are better suited for a flat surface, like cuff and palm and also inner thumb, but any curved area i.e. thumb, etc. may not work and we'd rather play it safe, rather than take a chance on any possible defect or disappointment.

I also want to apologize for the lateness of some orders taking longer than expected. As you know, Topboxer is my associate in Pakistan and due to a sudden death in his family, it put all orders to the side during this unfortunate time for him and his family. I'm sure you'll understand and support his efforts through this very difficult time.

The new orders are in!

My gloves/mitts are there and looking great so far. Looks like every one has upped the ante and created really cool looking gloves. One of them even almost looks like mine:/

After everything is said and done, it will have been 8 weeks. Seeing the pictures, I'm thinking it will be worth it.

Totally understand the terrible situation with Topboxer's father (my condolences again), though I was extremely frustrated at times when communicating with Bill. I completely get it that unavoidable situations come up, but when estimates go from 4 weeks to 8 weeks, I just want consistent communication.

Can't wait to try these out and hopefully purchase more in the future!

Not really. Shevlin was doing the same thing 5-10 years ago and people used to buy their snakeskin/aligator gloves and post pictures here before they shut down. Fine as long as you're collecting, but for boxing purposes it's kind of silly.
 
I don't understand what you mean by it being silly? That doesn't make any sense. It's just a textured split palm...no different than any other kind of split palm...does not compute as being silly for any obvious reason to me :S?
