Ezra Miller Confirms The Flash Will Be in BATMAN V SUPERMAN

"ripped physique instead of bulky"

Spoken like a true twink who's afraid of lifting.

Wouldn't be surprised if he was convinced to take some gear and he gets huge, attributes it to eating like 500g of protein a day and doing crossfit.

Kinda like the idea that the real joker is somewhere out there still, it creates this aura of mystery around the character, almost as if he is out there in the real world waiting to reveal himself. Makes him all the more terrifying

Also liking the idea of the Flash being from the future to warn the Justice League, it gives him a good reason to be part of the team and differentiates his character and makes him edgier. I like how they're putting things together and the team members all have their own individual reasons and circumstances to come together as a team.

I also predict that Superman will die or appear to die at the end of BvS at the hands of Doomsday, Superman will sacrifice himself as a last resort and both he and Doomsday will die and return in a future film, this will be his way of making amends for the destruction caused by his fight with Zod in MoS and return him to the status of an iconic Hero to fans who were dissapointed in MoS.

Superman will return during the last 3rd of Justice League, this works fine since you still have Batman, WW, Flash, Aquaman, Cyborg to carry the first half of the film. When all hope seems lost for the League Superman will return and fly near the sun to power up and then proceed to unleash an epic beatdown on the villian who is most likely to be Brainiac.

This. It would make the viewer experience the full immersion into the complex Batman-Joker relationship. Yes, in TDK Joker killed Rachel and made chaos in the city, while Batman refused to kill him, but in this, you'd have Joker almost kill and fully corrupt Jason as a direct result of Batman not killing Joker, which truly haunts Bats. Also, it makes for interesting scenarios considering Jason knows Batman's identity.

Also, i can't help myself but to have really high expectations from this, considering both the 1989 and 2008 movie Joker reveal was spectacular.

One thing bothers me about the Leto not being the real Joker thing. Where is the real one then? If Batman already faced him before, and now he turned one off Batman's sidekicks into the thing he hates(which works great, thinking about it now)where is he now? Joker isn't exactlly a dude that takes a back seat and rules from the shadow.

I think Darkseid will be the villain for JL movie, especially since the movie is split up in 2 parts. Darkseid's no pushover and he introduces a whole new world(literally) with him.

It sucks that Marvel will be pushing Thanos, making it somewhat difficult for DC to also push Darkseid.

I like it.

That's a good point, it explains why Batman is so jaded in BvS and doesn't want to repeat the mistake of taking action to potentially save innocent lives. If the real Joker is still out there I can't wait to see who they choose to play him, I suspect he will look similar to the Joker in the comic series "The Killing Joke", a really scary looking mofo.

The only DCEU movie released so far is MoS so it's not really fair to say that the Joker is taking a back seat in the shadows. If he isn't revealed by the time the new Batman movie comes out then maybe you can make that argument. Also, BvS is roughly based on the dark knight comic, in that story Joker is reformed and living in a mental institution until he sees Batman on Tv and goes insane again.

I never knew JL is split up in 2 movies, I thought they were 2 separate films, in that case it makes more sense to make Darkseid the villain. I would prefer if they saved Darkseid for at least the second film as it feels like he is being rushed. If Darkseid is the first villain then the next one will have to be even more powerful, maybe Anti-Monitor?

He could be catatonic, sitting around waiting for Batman to return.

hmm...you two made some interesting points.

The JL movie IS split into 2. It isn't a sequel since part 2 comes out a year after the first movie and I think even imdb list the movies as JL part 1 and JL part 2. What I'm wondering is how are they gonna make Darkseid without him looking like a Thanos rip off to casuals. Conceptually they are pretty much the same when stripped to the bone. Huge space dudes that want to take over Earth and the universe in general and it takes an entire team of super heros to stop them.

Thanos is based on Darkseid iirc, but dirty casuals won't know that

Indeed he is, but Marvel is doing something quite clever. They are calling "dibs" on the giant indestructable space God. Meaning DC, despite having been there first in the comics has to play second fiddle for Marvel.

Well, despite being featured in multiple films, we've seen, what, less than five minutes of Thanos so far? And he's not shown doing all that much in those sequences. If DC goes whole-hog with Darkseid, Apokalips, and the New Gods I think they won't have trouble differentiating themselves from what Marvel's done so far.

I don't know. Thanos has been shown in A1, GotG, A2 so far, and there's a good chance we see him in Civil War. That's 4 movies where the big bad has been teased before his big reavel in Infinity War.

I'll agree though, if they go full Apokolips and New Gods with Darkseid it will be enough to distinguish him from Thanos. They also need a bitchin costume/look for him. None of that X-men Apocalypse "realistic" powe rangers crap. He needs the comic book look.

Flash is, by definition, a Runner not a Lifter. Given the size of the actors playing Bats and Supes, I don't mind a smaller guy on the team. It's a nice contrast.

Yeah I said it in jest, I kinda like Ezra as Flash.
