Reminds me of Dog Brothers, except even they normally wear some kind of eye protection.

Dog Brothers.

They wore fencing masks though, and Hockey gloves to minimize the damage your hands will take in a stick fight.

They found out, as we saw here, that stick fights can go to the ground as well, so they started adding Machado jiu jitsu to their game.

It was all about "Higher Learning, Through Harder Contact".

The name Dog Brothers came from one of it's Founders, Marc Denny, reading a Conan the Barbarian comic book, where Conan loudly exclaimed, "Come on you Dog Brothers!"

They had names like Crafty Dog, Top Dog, Salty Dog, and so forth, based on your personality or fighting style.

California-based, back in the 90s.
