Larian have really outdone themselves with this one.
Man, this game is something else and I'm sure has peers looking on in wanting to both emulate and bottle that lightning. PS5 preorders are now skyrocketing, reports GamesRadar+ here.

Anyone fight the "old hag"? I love being rewarded for exploring like that.
No sure how many people here played the two original Baldurs Gate
Go for the eyes Booo is a recruitable character
@GearSolidMetal if you liked Wasteland 3, you're going to at least like the combat. It's everything we love about Witcher 3 and Mass Effect, outside combat.
Hopefully they'll just release it sooner rather than later and do an update later for the issues they're having with the Series S.
Yep, same here. My body is readyCount me in as a Day 1 buyer when this is available for Series X.

Should I pick up all the companions or be selective like previous titles? Are there ones who won't get along like the previous games?
Digital foundry had a great video on this. Basically going over what MS should do. There first point was to get the MS engineer team over to help which is what is already happening. If that doesn't work then they just need to drop the parity requirement. They brought up how in the past Xbox (360 days) tried to have requirements that later had to be dropped because it just didn't work. I'm honestly just more interested in what MS is going to do here if they can't get it working.
But with todays internet, I don't see a reason why there's a 5+ month delay for a console release of a game just because they're having problems with the online co-op. Its gotta be other issues.
Does your char have an overencumbrance threshold in this or then item weight to value ratio to consider when looting? Curious.
Yes, you can get overencumbered but you can usually just get your companions to carry some of the stuff and if you still have too much you can select "send to camp" for the offending encumbrance and it goes to a chest in your camp.
Damn nice so if your in the middle of a dungeon and you get full of items you can just send it to your camp?
Yea, you can send items to camp at any time. Due to the enormity of items, and if you are a pack rat, it comes in handy.
Dude, the inventory management is insane. So easy to swap between characters and, like was already mentioned, just sent straight to camp. CLick on an item and theres a drop down menu and you can just send an item to any characters inventory, or to camp. Boom. Yeah, it may not be the most lore appropriate but when its this goddamn handy, IDGAF.Love this. Inventory management is one of the things I hate in games like this. I just want to finish the dungeon/quest and then I’ll stop and look at all my loot.
