It's Marvel throwing people for a loop. They have done it a lot lately .
 
Black Panther and everyone from Wakanda are pretty usless in Infinity War

What did any of them really do?

It seems like they had to find a way to get Black Panther in this movie so they just made the final battle at Wakanda but the final battle really could have been anywhere and it wouldn't have made a difference

I dont remember any of them even fighting the children of thanos.

All black panther did was beat up on Power Ranger putties

Okoye(sp?) helped Black Widow and Scarlet Witch kill Proxima Midnight

also Wakanda is the most advanced, best defended place in the world(in Marvel).... it makes perfect sense for the fight to take place there

Maybe because he just had a movie they figured people have seen enough of him for 2018? Would make sense as to why Ant-man wasn't in it since he is getting another movie this year. just a thought
 
I except that I was proven wrong they hit 250 milion though the final numbers are not in domestic total. But they are now the highest grossing film in history.

Yeah that shield was useful for the 5 seconds it was up before Black Panther intentionally taking it down

Did they not expect get flanked?

They act surprised when it happens...Thought these people were super smart

I'm nittpicking but whatever.

Besides the dome, I was unimpressed with the Wakanda tech.

They did miss out on him using the best "kids today" line with "Luckily they made it better with the remake/reboot".

Is there a clip of this? They've done a shitty job in showing this in the MCU films. Loki himself doesn't seem to have super anything with out the Time or Mind Stones.

Well I do know that they seemed to be losing until Thor got there

Thor probably could have solo'd the entire army himself with how powerful he became after getting stormbreaker

The fight could have been anywhere really.

The goal was protecting Vision and his infinity stone. That's why the Black Order and the army of "putties" were even on Earth at all.

The Avengers had to be in Wakanda because it was the only safe, technologically advanced place where they could safely separate the stone from Vision.
Due to Wakanda's location and advanced tech, it was also the best place on Earth to have a battle with little collateral damage.
Where should they have fought instead ? Middle of New York? Beijing?
It would have made a big difference where the battle ended up. The Avengers didn't want another Sokovia incident

Well I dont think they cared too much about collateral damage in this movie compared to something like civil war

Let me ask you this

Why doesn't Thanos just go to Earth himself and get the stone?

Why the Children of Thanos...Why Putties?

It all leads to Thanos just coming to Earth himself anyways
 
On my way to eh heater. I fulfilled my goal. I watched literally zero trailers or tv spots. Less than 5 seconds of footage has been seen by my eyes and maybe 5 or 6 pics/stills.

I am ready.

Phone shutting off now. Suck it, That One Dude Who Argued For Like 100 Posts That By Posting That I Was Avoiding Footage/Spoilers Means I Was Spoiling It.

I suspect you’ll eat those words when Vision reappears in the next movie, having been successfully extracted from that vibranium body.
