Focus will likely be on Iron Man , Hulk , Thor , Captain America , Black Widow , Hawkeye , Ant Man and Captain Marvel. With the big 4 probably taking center stage because i'm pretty sure they are not all making out of it alive. Hell wouldn't surprise me if the 4 die (Iron Man/Thor/Hulk/Capt)
To be replaced with Riri, Lady Thor, Asian Hulk and Falcon as Cap for the next phase

Yeah same here. I wonder if there's any chance he shows up in the next one since Fury and Hill are gone.
Hard to say but if Agents doesn't get a 6th season he could come back in a post credits scene. Or a secret cameo, Red skull was rumored/leaked but not confirmed.
Also he is in captain marvel...

Another 85 mins and the length of the movie and I can come in from the cold.

Let us all remember now the awesomeness that was Winter Soldier and Rocket teaming up and laying waste to those intergalactic pit bulls in a spinning vortex of bullets and plasma canon epicness.

Another thing I want to say. Just because none of my friends watch comic book movies.

When he snapped his fingers and went to that weird gazebo place with little Gamora, I legit thought that he was one of the 50% that had ceased to exist. I thought that was pretty cool. But then that’s not what happened.
That would have been hilarious if Thanos was part of the 50% killed.

That fell flat for me.

In a movie filled with shit from super strength, to flying, to magic, machine guns just doesnt dazzle my eye.

I enjoyed it. it brought me back to him and Groots little team up in the prison.

Falcon as Cap made sense in the comics, the character was more than deserving of the mantle. MCU Falcon isn't there yet, and while it could probably happen, I don't see Bucky being ready for the Cap position either.

The rest not so much. A person stole another person's actual identity for crying out loud.

Ironheart would have better received had it been Lila Rhodes or Shuri, not some bullshit Bendis came up with.

Excluding that one troll vote, here are the current results for Infinity War.

Sherdog Approval Rating = 98%

Sherdog Average Rating = 8.9 out of 10 stars

<WellThere>

Got to be one of the highest ratings ever for Sherdog.

watched this twice over the weekend. fkn fantastic. the only disappointing thing about it for me was the post credits scene. in reality though, i don't know anything besides a cameo and/or hint of a former FOX Marvel property being shown.

They finally did my homie Thor justice with this one. Stormbreaker Thor was awesome to watch and i legit geeked out when the bifrost touched down on the battlefield in Wakanda.

There we're a bunch of shots from the trailer i didn't notice was in the final cut. One of course being the 'charge' scene, but very minor the scene where BW, War Machine and Banner are on a platform looking up and Iron Man getting H-Bombed. I hope there is a directors cut Blu-Ray.

Infinity War First team All-Stars:
Thor (MVP)
Dr. Strange
Iron Man
Scarlet Witch
and surprisingly, War Machine IMO

I'm right there with you. When Bucky started to fade...... I mean, god damn. Such a weird feeling. It's like oh shit, they really fuckin did it. Those crazy bastards really did it.
Same sentiment. I was expecting Thanos would get all 6 Infinity Stones and then just disappear at the end and we would have to wait for Avengers 4 before he does something major with it. But they subverted our expectations and they really went for it.

(Rian, this is how you do subverting expecations but in a positive way and not spit at the mouth of your fanbase.)

When I asked ti be spoiled, you told me, We lost. I got giddy as all hell cuz, FINALLY, someone remembered, we can lose and it WILL be a hit.

Hilariously, i was all in with Transformers first came out. When they had a sequel, i had hoped we lost. Nope.

With star wars, they did do the same losing scenario, but we lost really meant WE lost.

Yeah seriously War Machine and Sam, to a slightly lesser extent, were lighting up the game pits from air quite impressively.

Wanda was great.

The "why was she up there this whole time" got a great reaction in the theater.

Some funny humor in here too. I nearly spit my drink out when Thor telling The Guardians about the Avengers, "the world's greatest heroes," and Mantis excitedly asking, "like Kevin Bacon?" And Thor, not missing a beat, and having no idea who Kevin Bacon is, "Maybe. He might have joined, I haven't been there for some time."
I understood it as Thor knows who Kevin Bacon the actor is but just isn't sure if he's now with the Avengers. Either way, both versions of the joke work.

hahah- yeah definitely could be that and, as you said, the payoff works either way.

Well, just got home from finally seeing it. Totally awesome. Not sure it's really worthy of a 10/10 but I'll vote that anyway. My #1 MCU movie so far.

Are we past spoilers now?

If so, I'm left wondering one lingering question:

Why wasn't this shot in the film?

They put that in to fool all us Hulk marks into thinking he was going to eventually hulk out....sneaky bastards

The one thing that's going to be rough is that we've kind of been spoiled by frequency of output with the MCU movies of late.

Starting with Guardians last May, there was Spidey in July, Ragnarok in November, Black Panther in February, and Avengers: IW in April and Ant-Man and The Wasp in July.

That's three month turn around at most between all those movies. But after Ant-Man, there won't be an MCU film for eight months.
That's why WB-DC Films have an important role to play - they make you appreciate Marvel Studios films even more.

One minor nit pick. Why didn’t Dr Strange use the time stone against the big bads like he did at the end of his movie ?

He visited the future to determine how to defeat Thanos. He said he found one possibility out of millions. Later he gives Thanos the time stone in exchange for Tony's life, something he previously said he wouldn't do. Before he dies he says it was the only way.
