That's the most retarded theory everSome people believe the reason Banner couldn't turn in to Hulk, is because it's not actually Banner.. It's Loki.
I don't see this at all.

Ya I don't get how that's possible considering it was Hulk who got teleported to Earth who then went back into Banner form.
It was like Hulk was too scared to get his ass whooped by Thanos again.
Which isn't very hulk like
Yeah they really should have had him burst out of the hulkbuster armor at the end. Instead he came off as a pussy.
Those battles scenes in LOTR still are some of the best ever. I just had to rewatch them now that you brought them up.The battle at wakanda was a low point in the movie. Stakes seemed low and the pacing, visuals and tiering were just weak.
Compare that to the battle of helms deep. Memorable vs forgettable.

HahaNot only that but all his interactions would make no sense. Loki as Banner wouldn't know intimate stuff Banner knows
Why was he putting on the performance when nobody was looking, like inside the hulk buster suit alone or when the tree fell on him
ffs
Haha
It’s ludicrous. Reminds me of (for those who watch game of thrones)
When people thought the Waif killed Arya and had just assumed her identity...
^^^ This was said by the Russo's themselves as the explanation why Hulk wouldn't come out. Earlier today people in the house were watching Ragnarok and the scene where Thor escapes and went to Hulk's space ship, then Hulk follows him while tearing the ship apart, as soon as Thor plays Black Widow's video (asking Hulk to turn back around etc etc), Hulk starts punching and hurting himself as if Banner was trying to take control. This ties with what the Russo's said about Banner and Hulk having this hateful relationship with each other. We'll see in the next movie but the prevailing theories and beliefs are that Hulk not coming out had nothing to do with him being scared and everything to do with the growing rift and fight over control between him and Banner.
In Thor Ragnarok, Banner spoke specifically about how scary it was being locked away inside Hulk for years and yet Banner always locks Hulk away for years at a time. Banner says he hates Hulk every chance he gets and yet calls on Hulk to save him ("come on big guy") every time Banner gets himself in a trouble spot. So Hulk basically said F-You to Banner and refused to save his ass.
If that theory ends up being correct then Hulk not coming out will have made perfect sense.

That was just one small part... does not make up at all for everything else.
Ya we're "serious."

My favorite was "the great charge of the Rohirrim at the Pelennor Fields, when King Théoden and his Rohan army arrive to aid Gondor in their battle against the Mordor armies."
I find King Theoden's oration to rile the troops for the charge chilling. Particularly when he was riding along the front of his ranks and clanging his sword against they speers. Bernard Hill owned that role and gave a speech that outshone the speeches Aragon gave to rose the troops.

Forgot how ball tingly epic this is.
I'd forgotten just how epic that scene was![]()
