The space stone can do more than just teleport. It can affect how things move through space, such as stopping someone in their tracks. Power stone just amplifies that.

This. Using two or more Stones together magnifies their power and the range of effects they can produce exponentially. It's not a linear progression.

I wonder if they use him in the next movie or later down the line. Evans is moving on so makes you wonder what they do with Cap.
