Some other cool things I loved about the movie:

- the ancient one's tone changed instantly the moment Banner tells her that Dr Strange was the one who gave the time stone to Thanos. It's awesome how much the ancient one trusts Strange that she gives Banner the time stone immediately knowing that Strange has his plans
- Thor wielding both mjolnir and stormbreaker was awesome. I also liked how Thanos pushes his Axe on thor's chest just like Thor did it to him in IW
- As soon as one of Dr Strange's portal appeared, I WAS FUCKING ECSTATIC. JUST THINKING ABOUT IT GIVES ME GOOSEBUMPS LMAO. I like how Black Panther just comes out and looks at Cap without saying anything. Then the other portals come out. HOLY SHIT
- That shot where they were all standing facing Thanos Army with Giant Ant Man, HOLY SHIT
- Giant Ant Man punching that huge ship! I loved it
- Anyone not happy to see Quill back? I thought it was awesome
- Natasha and Clint fighting as to who gets to sacrifice was very moving. It's crazy how heroic they are compared to DC heroes. Superman literally doesn't give a fuck about humans aside from his mother and Louis Lane
- Spiderman going on "kill mode"

Some random scenes I found really funny:
- nebula and stark playing games in the ship. and the part where Nebula says "that was fun" :D
- Hulk not being allowed in the elevator
- Cap says "i can do this all day", other Cap says "yeah yeah i know" lmao
- War Machine says to Nebula "so he's an idiot" (referring to Quill). And Nebula just says "yes" :D

Perfect movie! 10/10.

Infinity War was also 10/10. So together, this makes 20/10. Fucking great!

Just noticed one thing about the poll : How is Good above pretty good

XD

Gamora(after kneeing Quill in the balls)"This guy? Seriously?!"

Nebula, "It was him or the Tree".

Quill(still lying on the ground)"You missed the first time, but the second time you got both of them..."<Lmaoo><45>

I can imagine a scene where they're choosing who goes on which mission.

Nebula: Which two are the least powerful here?
Tony: Natasha and Clint, why?
Nebula: Send them to Vormir.

Saying something is pretty good doesn't mean it's fully good.

Thanos was so strong WITHOUT the gauntlet that it makes you wonder why he even needed the thing in the first place

It was just more convenient. Before getting the gauntlet and the stones he had to "manually" wipe half the population of each planet one by one. With the IG he was able to do it in 5secs.

Thanos never wanted the IG to conquer the universe or become a god. His sole and ultimate goal was to balance the universe. He was already very powerful and half wiping planets left and right before getting it. He did not really need it but it made the process of achieving his end goal much faster.

Thanos is also the only known being in the MCU who is able to wield the gauntlet without getting fucked up (unless he use it to destroy the stones). Hulk got fucked up by it. Thats a testament to Thanos raw natural power.

If nothing else in my stay here in Sherdog, I can say at least I've corrected people's misconception that "pretty good" is better than "good." :)

English is not my native language. Im not too bad but sometimes nuances like this confuse me. But i get it now hah

But just imagine that in the final battle it's Captain . . . Marvel that puts on the gauntlet, she snaps Thanos away, AND nothing happens to her. I kind of wished that happened just to see the tears here.

Thats what a lot of ppl feared would happen. Fortunately it did not. In fact Thanos took her best shots and threw her around like a pair of old socks. It was glorious XD

Marvel is strong but im not sure she is stronger than Thanos. That dude is a fucking badass and has a prime Mark Hunt like chin.

She was outpowering him with the gauntlet on. Though Thanos is tactically smarter than her. He does a bunch of smart things in the final battle. Marvel is a superhero, but I'm not even sure Thanos is a superhero. He could just be a very strong member of his race.

I think you could see the film was well aware of this and offering repeated teases that it would happen only to pull back. Basically always trust the Russo brothers, I suspect Marvel will miss them.

As much as I liked this film it is actually interesting to see what happens in terms of them and various actors being freed up to work outside the MCU. Downey Jnr and Chris Evans have been for the most part MCU only in recent years yet there two of the biggest box office stars in the world and could probably get pretty much any film they want made now. Johansson has been a bit more active but I'm hoping for a return to the kind of stuff she was doing earlier this decade(Her, Under The Skin), being in Taika Waititi's Jo Jo Rabbit sounds like a good start(story of a German kid in WW2 with an "ethnically inaccurate" Hitler as an imaginary best friend played by Waititi himself).

I'm gonna watch it again tomorrow. Just thinking about how Cap got the life he deserved gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling inside.

Well he is a titan and titans are superbeings. Thanos does not have flashy ranged stuff like Marvel or Strange but without the gauntlet he is a pure physical fighting machine. Incredible strength and speed , high intelligence , godly metabolism and extreme durability. He destroyed Hulk and smashed Thor twice. He may not a superhero buut he s easily on par and more often than not above them.

Dang this movie is getting love everywhere but I'm extremely disappointed. The last battle was underwhelming after all the hype about this last hour being the best hour on the big screen ever. The fight on Titan wqs way better in Infinity war. Hate what they did to Thor and Captain America giving the shield to falcon? Fucking hell that is shit. Kept waiting for him to pass it to Bucky. I gave infinity war 10 out of 10 I'll give this a 7

On the end when they put tony on the river/lake (whatever) who was that random guy that they've shown ? (I think he's the only random person there)

The kid? I think it was Harley from Iron Man 3, but don't quote me on that.
Yeah, it said in the credits it was Harley. Played by the same actor as well.

He's certainly the most powerful regular guy, which I thought made his journey in IW attractive. But they made it clear on pure power that Marvel is stronger than he is when she started bending his hand back.

The good guys won at the end.

Saved you three hours.

You’re welcome. More time posting on Mayberry.
