Going back to 1970 corrected that.
It may have restored that timeline, but that interference should have created an alternate timeline where Loki escaped.
You mean to tell me in the 14 million scenarios. Only one of them has Iron Man sacrificing himself ??? Suuuure.
I'm sure he sacrificed himself 1000s of times, but this was the 1 in 14+M that the sacrifice was made the right way and at the exact right time to win.

I am in, 10/10, Thor's weight thing was funny at first but just went on too long, and wtf Parker was gone 5 years and he is back in same spot in school with same friends..... More later....

Parker has been gone for 5 years and has returned the same age as when he was dusted.
He wasn't getting his GED in Heaven.

Just left the movie with my kid.

Random stuff from me in no particular order:

- I felt like I was watching a Joss Whedon movie with all the butt shots in the first act. Then, when Tony made the comment about Steve's ass, I laughed out loud. It was planned that way. Was it a nod to crap on Whedon all along?

- No whoops, hollers, or cheers during any part of the movie. It seemed that people were emotionally spent. Sure, Steve holding Mjolnir got cheers, but not as much as I thought. And not nearly as big a cheer we gave Thor when showing up in Wakanda during IW.

- Speaking of Mjolnir....where is it? Steve brought it back in time with him. I assumed he would have kept it with him through his time travels.

- Giant Man punching stuff was fun.

- Cumberbatch looked like he had a ton of foundation on his face during the fight scene. It was odd. I couldn't not notice the make-up.

- Glad Sam got it over Buckey

- Russos did Cpatian Marvel well. Super-powered, but not too powerful.

- What the heck was Thano's sword made from? Adamantium?

- Janette Van Dyne aged in the quantum relm, but Scott didn't?

- Opening scene with "Dear Mr. Fantasy" = LOVED IT.

- If Steve returns all of the stones to their correct places, does Nat come back?

Gave it a 7.

Thanos was shallow
Hulk didn't get round 2
Thor a fat surfer was stupid and a cheap joke that went on far too long
Captain lesbian was bullshit
The girl power moment was forced and bullshit
The giant army fight in the end was over kill and noisy
Time line plot holes are abound
Starks death was ok but the concept of him building a second smaller glove in his suit was hokey.

Think i am officially burnt out now from marvel movies

- Agree regarding Thor's Lobowski moment dragged on a bit too long.

- Final fight scene should have been done in daylight, felt "Justice League-ish" with the night time fight.

2/3rds of the movie was complete garbage. Last act saved the film.

Entire first act felt forced and unnatural. Wasnt until we got to the time traveling bit the film started to feel somewhat grounded.

Agree with most.

You left out the plus things, however. There were pluses to go along with the minuses.

Its funny because all the time travelling stuff was confusing with plot holes for me

I too thought the girl power sequence was corny as hell, but god damn!! Valkyrie on her Pegasus was worth it.

Has some scattered good moments.

Hawk Eye's family moment at the start of the film set the tone and kicked us off on the right foot.
Cap with the hammer.
Widow sacrifice.
The first time cap and ironman met.
But i wanted more conversation of them dealing with their past.
The end fight between thanos ironman thor and cap. It needed hulk in there and i didnt need the armies at all.
First meeting with thanos was an eye opener which was good.
Great cgi on hulk
The i love you 6000 between ironman and his daughter got me in the feels because im a dad.

Thats about it. Dont have any desire to rewatch this the way ive memorized infinity war

Just got back, that was the felt like the shortest “long” movie ever, moved along really nicely, fuck that last action scene left my fucking jaw on the floor.

Why, because they all showed up? It wasn't bad, but I thought the end of the movie would be based more on brains and strategy.. It as a decent battle scene. Ant/Giant man made the scene for me.

Spider-Man coming back was enough for me to audibly “Fuck yeah” in the finale, and even some surprises like Ironheart outta fucking nowhere. I don’t give a flying fuck if you didn’t like it you muppet.

So how many who saw this wore adult diapers vs. pee'd in a cup?

He turned from an understandable and sympathetic villain to the generic bad guy. Also felt like the powered him down so much.

Powered down? I thought he was powered up. He manhandled Thor, Cap and Iron Man and both Mljonir and Stormbreaker without the stones. Just the fact that he easily bested Thor with stormbreaker (built to beat Thanos with one or two stones) makes him powered up from infinity war. Granted he was losing a bit to Captain Marvel but we do not know what happened to her from origin story to present and she does wield cosmic powers from the Tesseract so logically it makes sense.

What pissed me off is Hulk should have been in the mix of that battle. I am still very buttsore over that...
