Wasn't bullshit when Thanos pimp handed her with the Power Stone.
After nearly ripping the whole gauntlet from his hand and taking 10 headbutts to the head. But suddenly a power stone sent her back to wherever she came from.

Im no comic book nerd, I dont understand what happened. So many plot holes, Im thinking the dweebs that really care, will nitpick the hell out of this movie.

I recently rewatched Infinity War and its way better on a rewatch for me. Its a sublime film, I cant say that for this one. But the high moments in Endgame are so high and hype as hell, but good lord, the pacing. Maybe it was worth it just for Captain America wielding the hammer, or when everyone arrives to the battle etc, but man that first half shouldve been trimmed down a lot.

I dont care for SJWs, but Captain Marvel is bullshit. Shes a deus ex machina. Popping up when the writers need to get out of a corner.
I found her movie/character as bland and boring tbh.

I really think they dumbed down thanos too much. He had depth; they took it away.

Thinking about seeing it again next weekend. I was 25% of the audience when I seen it today, so the audience reaction part didn't exist.

My theater was very animated. It was a true wellspring of emotions. Much laughing. Much crying. Much cheering and clapping.

When I saw Thor's hammer lift off the ground, I knew what I was about to see and screamed, "It's about to go fucking down!!" much to my wife's consternation.

My theater was half empty also. Weird how i bought it the morning tickets were available and there were only a few seats left. Not sure if everyone just didn’t show up or there was some glitch caused by the traffic. The parking lot was also empty when I left which I thought was odd considering there were still like 3 showings going on.

Starlord's scene reminded me why I love Guardians of the galaxy first movie so much. That movie may be the best in the whole series.

He turned from an understandable and sympathetic villain to the generic bad guy. Also felt like the powered him down so much.

It's 2014 Thanos. He didn't go through the process of acquiring the stones and he pretty much used a cheat code to try to win the game. You don't develop depth that way, so it made a lot of sense. IW Thanos is the best.

Well, he was powered without the stones pretty high. If anything, they had him vastly underpowered with the stones previously. But yes, they turned him into Steppenwolf lol.

The pain because of gamora, and thoughtfulness was gone. I had hoped that thanos depth would play into the resolution of this movie; in the comics he would only lose from sabotaging his own plan.. I thought perhaps he would sabotage himself (or leave it open as a possibility) in order to save gamora and ease his pain.

I hoped for more than the invading army from the first avengers movie..

I understand the reasons he wasn't as deep, but I think it had a slight negative impact; it's like they did it so he wouldn't steal the show from rdj and Evans, respectively.. Because he could have.

Thanos” snap worked .

I don't think they could have hoped to develop him that same way in Endgame. It's like how I felt about Captain America in the first Avengers movie. Tony declares him leader and it felt flat. But 7 years later and Cap has earned being leader.

I am in, 10/10, Thor's weight thing was funny at first but just went on too long, and wtf Parker was gone 5 years and he is back in same spot in school with same friends..... More later....

First Avengers movie is on TV right now

In hindsight, it kinda sucks now

Final battle is pretty tame compared to the stuff we get now

Age of Ulton is even worse tbh

I hope in some movie they show the battle of Xandar, because that must have been a fun battle. It's possible Thanos lost the rest of the Chitauri, his tanks, and the gorillas at Xandar.

I was also not a fan of Piper in her Ironwoman suit.
Having her, or anyone just able to hop into a suit and whoop ass takes away from how great Tony is. If a business executive mom with no fight camp can just roll out of bed, into a suit, and take on an alien army, how much hero hespect points can you really give Tony?
It makes sense to me that she would have practiced with the suit by having lived with him for years, but it wasn't set up at all really and seemed like an ass-pull

Never realized how bad the cgi was in that movie until recently.

The funny thing is that I always asked myself how the battle of NY would look if we had the current cast of characters. Endgame answered that lol
