In my wildest dreams as a kid, I never would have imagined we'd get movies that respect these characters so much. Guess that's why it irks me when people say stuff like "they expect me to take people in capes dying seriously"

Yes. You're supposed to suspend disbelief that these are real people in real scenarios. LOTR, the matrix, star wars etc have moral dilemmas, character progression, heroic sacrifices etc. Why is that appropriate there but not here?

Characters like cap and tony don't deserve an emotional sendoff after 12 years of movies?

Hahaha me and my gf went to the Henry Ford museum and we saw Endgame was playing in IMAX. I chose Endgame over going to the museum. Bad day for our emotions lol

I need to go see this again. Theatre was packed and the guy beside me brought his family. He was about 45 and cried on and off through theast bit of the movie.

When he started sniffling and crying nothing really sad had happened. It took me out the movie bc i couldnt stop trying to figure out what he was crying at.

He was my arm rest foe and somehow he found a way to become even more annyoing

Kevin Smith cries his eyes out during his movie review. It was actually kind of weird to me.

Nothing in the movie made me want to cry. I felt bad for Tonys kid but his ending was satisfying enough that I wasn’t gonna cry about it.

Oh wait. Black Widow never had a proper sex scene with anyone. Maybe that’s why the old man was crying? That’s cry worthy. I mean it didn’t have to be the hulk. It could be, that would be great , but it didn’t have to be. Could be a scene with Groot or Black Panther or Nick Fury or Thor...anyone really. Let’s give the kids a Princess Leia in a bikini moment eh? Maybe updated for the internet porn generation

Marvel should give the animation rights to Sony in return for all the live movie rights to Marvel Studios.

I had to drag my friends to see it. I saw it alone the first time, couldn’t convince a soul to come. Then after seeing it and gushing about it I got others to go and they thanked me. Hope you enjoy it and that me/others hyping doesn’t set the bar too high. I went in with no expectations and I always wonder if that helps movies out.

By the end of this arc shit had gotten so crazy, I forgot we were doing a dumbed down version of the gaintlet saga.

Imagine another IW scale conflict but this time they'll have the xmen, F4, and a bunch more minor characters.
