I have an upcoming powerlifting competition in 2 days, how can i increase my power in the bench, squat and deadlift. My current lifts are:
Curl 40lbs max
Triceps Kickback 30 lbs. max
Ab Crunches 100 in a row with out stopping.
I can also stand on a bosu ball for 0.0000001 seconds before falling.
