I have an upcoming powerlifting competition in 2 days, how can i increase my power in the bench, squat and deadlift. My current lifts are:

Curl 40lbs max
Triceps Kickback 30 lbs. max
Ab Crunches 100 in a row with out stopping.

I can also stand on a bosu ball for 0.0000001 seconds before falling.

You use too much weight for those triceps kickbacks. Watch your form on these, this is of utmost importance. Squeeze at the top! Don't get into a race with gym idiots doing much weight , just take 10lbs and sculpture those horseshoes. On the day of the meet, use less then 10 lbs for your warm up. Again, squeeze at the top. You should be fine.

Dude, you're going to need an AWFUL lot of sunshine on your balls see any significant gains on that timescale. I'd hit the tanning bed first thing in the morning, and don't get out 'till your scrotum resembles the palm crease in a catcher's mitt.

You guys are crazy, this is the perfect exercise if you want to be a functional athlete....with a torn ACL.
