Aspinall vs Jones cage time

Problem is that he almost already cleaned out the division :(
Once Jon retires who is Tom going to fight in this talent rich division?
If he fought often he would have fought these guys like 5 times.
It's sad.

This. HW is still a shit division of fatsos regardless of Jon being champ or not. It's not going to magically rejuvenate after he's gone.

That's the conclusion you came to?

Interesting.

If that's an incorrect way of categorizing your view, apologies. Your OP highlights the disparity in cage time, and the main reason for Aspinall's limited amount of it is him knocking everyone out so quickly. Then you ask if Aspinall can win. I connected some dots...but maybe I missed what you were actually getting at.

Experience matters. Jon has been in deep waters Tom hasn't. Thought that was pretty cut and dry.

Jones is 38 with years of wear and tear from fighting and drug abuse. I can't see a realistic scenario where he wins this fight.

He fought the dinosaur version of Stipe, who hadn’t stepped foot into the cage in 4 years and was coming off a brutal KO loss.

Even if he did dominate Stipe, there was a moment during that fight where Stipe, who looked old and slow, nearly clipped him. If that had been Aspinall, Jones would’ve been out cold on the canvas.

Damn got me thinking can Tom actually win this?!

Do Aspinall vs Arlovski cage time, the result may cause your lil brain to fry

You’re kinda right

He could have starched a couple HWs and got a LOT of live-mic time talking shit on Jon and becoming more of a legend himself

The media and everyone alive would be asking Jon like 10x more wtf is he doing

The UFC has to know Jon is at the end of his career. They should use expediency making this fight to catch Tom as a possible replacement. Or have 2 belts for every division and fuck off with any hint of credibility.

How much more in cage time did Anderson have over Chris?

It's not facts. It's numbers without context.

It's either trolling or stupidity. He was being gracious.
You literally watch Power Slap.

And Jon Jones is middle aged man now.
I am rarely gracious, haha

As far as Jones' age, and numbers and facts, I wonder how he feels about this

Gusmao is 10 years older
Bonnar is 8 years older
O'Brien is 3 years older
Hamill is 11 years older
Vera is 10 years older
Matyushenko is 17 years older
Bader is 4 years older
Shogun is 6 years older
Rampage is 9 years older
Machida is 9 years older
Rashad is 8 years older
Belfort is 10 years older
Sonnen is 10 years older
Gustafsson (x2) is 1 year older
Teixeira is 8 years older
Cormier (x2) is 9 years older
OSP is 4 years older

Smith is 1 year younger
Santos is 4 years older
Reyes is 2 years younger
Gane is 3 years younger

Miocic is 5 years older
The younger guy in 87.5% of his fights. The younger guy by at least 5 years in 62.5% of his fights. Younger by nearly a decade in 37.5% of his fights.

He has been, on average, more than 6 years younger than his opponents, and is currently bitching about Tom being too young at 6 years younger than him.

Judging by these numbers, Jon will pass away from old age before fighting Tom.

They are numbers, which means they are facts. So any bullshit I pull out of my ass from those numbers are also facts. Right @BEATDOWNS ?

Jones spent 25 minutes with Anthony Smith, how long do you think Smith would last against Tom?

Smith being younger that Jones blows my mind. I always think he is in his 40s
