IF there was an interim title it can be Gamrot like you said or I'd even consider Moicano (if he beats BSD). But Chandler, Gaethje and Dustin are out of the question. Two guys coming off losses and one guy that literally has not fought in almost 3 years......pass. Thinking about it I have a bad feeling that if Conor fights and beats Chandler because the LW Division is so weird now he gets the next shot after Arman.

Why is it disgusting? I'm confused, if he fights for an interim belt he gets a paycheck, solidifies his TS even further (michael chandler can always swoop in), and gets one more fight to improve while Islam is on the sidelines recovering from a torn hand ligament. If anything it may be better for Arman's chances whenever he actually fights islam.

personally i'd prefer Arman sit out as well. But there are solid arguments for him taking one more fight. At Arman's age he could use 1 more fight to get better and be that much more competitive against Islam. If i'm Islam i wanna fight Arman ASAP because he'll only get better, whereas Islam has probably peaked in his mma development. The longer the fight gets delayed the closer the gap between them narrows (as long as Arman is training and competing).

We all know ramadan starts in end of February next year, So if he doesn't fight before that, He likely wont fight until april or may of next year.

So you're deliberately going out of your way to create the most negative scenario as a baseline assumption lol. If islam is healthy the UFC will give him a fight before Ramadan. Right now all indications are that his injury will cause a moderate delay in timeline not a huge delay, if it turns out to be more serious then an interim might make sense. No need to overthink this.
