Are you in shape for your age ?

Something like that. I was just fucking around though, currently losing the 5kg I put on since being injured.

Good to hear, carrying around that extra fat isn't good when you're a bit older, try and hit the gym a bit more at least to look at the yoga pants.....😂

I would say I'm more muscular and quite a bit stronger than most people my age. My cardio is okay but I also eat more shit than I should so I'm carrying a little chub as well.

I'm 6'3 and I'm aiming to drop 20lbs this year to get to around 220 which I think is about right for me.

Also need to work on my flexibility as years of office working have fucked with my hip flexors. Haven't kickboxed for a long time and tried to do a high kick and let's just say that is no longer a weapon that's in my arsenal. But I have a rise and fall desk at work now so I'll be sitting less and I need to make sure I stretch more intelligently after runs and treadmill sessions rather than just picking my legs up behind my arse I guess.

Nearly 49, no injuries, train 4-5 days a week good muscle mass body fat is low, cardio is good and I can still touch the ground with both my palms flat, thankfully I've never really had any major injuries that have affected me.
Nice... jealous about the no major injuries bit.

I have two rooms full of gym gear and a bike and treadmill in front of the TV. I just need my shoulder to get sorted and get back into it. It's only been like 4 months so no big deal.

I think it's my flexibility that's avoided most of it, I've been hit by 2 cars in my life, 1 major car accident and multiple stupid shit in the gym..... Amongst other stuff......that I don't talk about....

Maybe it's just luck.....

Yes. Still run 27-30 miles a week. No more gym/training for anything due to injuries but still do various other things. Nowhere near the best shape of my life but it's good enough.

I am 40 years old. I train 6 days a week and spar once a week with pros and ammys I never stopped working out since I was in HS. I also eat pretty fucking clean most of the week with the exception of a cheat day. Haven’t had a soda or any fast food in over a decade. I am in fantastic shape for my age.

This was track day for my boys 44th bday. I’m in the white Tshirt. We have a routine where we celebrate Bdays with a 6am track day with stadium routine at UCLA(pacquiao workout) and sprints.

Man soda and junk food is my weakness. Did you drink it a lot before and give it up or just always been healthy?

In decent shape. I used to hike a ton more than I do now so I've packed on about twenty pounds extra but I was a super lean 175 then. Now I've just been using free weights and doing cardio about three or four times a week. I'm 6 foot and around 195 to 205 depending on when I took a dump last.

38 years old 5'10 and 170lbs.

Train BJJ twice a week, lift weights probably 3 times and go for a run on Sundays.

i was never to big on either if im being honest. I did indulge more when i was younger but after 30 i noticed I couldn’t keep it up without my body falling off and I’m a vain fuck lol. I knew that just working hard in the gym was only half the battle and abs are made in the kitchen so I tightened my program up with more zero tolerance stances. I’m a big believer in look good feel good do good. I want the most out of my life so I try to cut out anything that detracts from that (which is a constant struggle lol).

I'm almost 44... getting soft, got a belly going...

I'm a little over 6'2" somewhere between 215-220lbs

I'd give myself a 5.5/10 to answer the question

Hit by two cars? You should probably stop doing that... seems like it would be kind of bad for your health.

I'd say yes as I do get asked what I do to stay fit (have 8 and 6 yo sons).

6'2" 190 pounds, the fancy scale at the gym i pay for and barely use says i have enough muscle but my ideal weight is 180 (assuming i don't lose any muscle). So that's the goal this year.

44 yo,
48bpm resting heart rate.

Need to cut out the week day drinks + salt and vinegar chips and I'll get there.

Oh that was the bizarre 20's stage, when I did things to just see if I was alive......I wouldn't recommend it, really tested my flexibility and impact resistance.....

decent enough
i can out lift most average gym bros but i get mogged by dudes who are athletes or have been staying consistent for a while
my strength goals are coming along nicely
i ahve also been focusing on my mobility and core strength which has helped alot
this year i am going to focus more on oly lifts and cardio stuff while going long term growth on the big 3 lifts
i drink and smoke and eat
i dont hve any desire to have a 6 pack or be ripped. id rather just be thicc.

i am 5'10 and 230lbs currently so body goals is to get down to 220 and stay there with a 18-20% body fat
at the beginning of last year iw as at my fattest at 250lbs and feeling weak and immobile so it has been a good gym year and i plan to continue that
