It stopped the pain?6 week update since my knee PRP - went well, will stab again in future as needed.
Yep - very effective. For 2-3 days after the injection it hurt like a bastard though, I was warned about this so did it on a Friday and chilled that weekend.It stopped the pain?

My shoulders are probably 80-90% now so I guess, if I keep slowly recovering, I hopefully won't need it.

I think it was $600 total for both shoulders, so not a lot but I didn't want to do it if it wasn't required.Not sure if you mentioned it, how much did they quote you to do it?

Yeah, sticking a big needle into my shoulder multiple times with no local was fun LOLOooof damn. At least it’s over with now.
