How to you trigger "Zeb Lite". Watched a few videos on the fight, went in after taking out Quarm. Talk to the lady and spawned Zeb. Went in guns blazing trying to get a feel for his dmg output and ability to heal before I hit burned my disc. Then got a ton of Raid adds and was quickly smashed. Not sure who showed up but certainly saw Naggy, Vox, and Greig before I was steamrolled. Guessing that was hard mode.

If you talked to Druzil, that is easy mode. You fight him and a boss from each expansion at the same time, then he heals back to 100 and and you fight him solo with orher stuff happening.

Hard mode you run up and Crack his cocoon behind Quarm, ive not even tried hard mode because even easy mode is total horse shit. I can steamroll 4/4 Seru on 5 different characters and havent even got to the second phase of Zeb where you fight him solo. I switched my Rog/Pal/Mnk to War/Pal/Mnk and going to try again here in a few hours, my char has insane gear and 3500 AA's, there is zero reason I shouldn't smash this fight and its absolutely maddening.

Curious how your swap to War goes since that's my alts make up. Only have about 1600 AA and have a couple of gear slots that could be upgraded and augs can use some work.

Dropped a few hundred k getting even better gear.

Was doing ok, Emperor Ssra spawned, died almost instantly. Seriously f*ck this fight.

I miss ever quest. I found myself thinking about it a few weeks back. It damaged me beyond repair and I now play every game like a grind and loot everything like a maniac . Played through rdr2 again recently. Feel like any old everquest players would have seen me playing they would have seen a lot of tells that gave it away. Sadly I do not have time to play it probably ever again.

I don't think I'll have the grind in me to get to a point for Zeb. They're speculating that the judge decision will be issued middle/end of September, so not nearly enough time for me to focus on a single character and collect the BiS gear and augs. Just way to expensive for how much I can grind until then.

Plus, Borderlands 4 comes out next week, so that may be a good break point.

I'd be down for that, I just play early weekend hours. Like 5~8 PST before the family wake up. I can bounce over my augs to my Bard/mage to throw down some runes on your tank.

Word, the instance zones was clutch. Totally eliminated contested mobs/loot and could hear up on my own.

The folks in charge of THJ keep talking about about not jumping to conclusions or assuming the worst. I wonder if maybe they made some deal with DBG like the other emu servers have?

Would love that. It's not fully dead, just have to shutdown until the trial is over, but from everything I've read it's not looking good for them unless they can make a deal and it's likely to huge concessions like with Project Quaram. They can't release any new content and servers are limited to like 2k players. THJ had WAY more than that.

Yup, sad to see it go. The announcement on the discord last night was a thank you, and said it was going down in an hour.

Even though the trial isn't over, the discord post made no mention of future plans and written as a farewell.

Discord quickly changed from The Heroes' Journey to Legends Rest.

Going to missed..... But not by my wife.

I was surfing the internet and found this a couple months ago...

Project 1999 - Classic EverQuest

It's run on an emulated server, and mirrors the original EverQuest with only kunark release (they are going to release Velious in the near future too). I thought I'd share this gem for any oldschool MMO players out there. This is certainly a gem to be shared.

Also if anyone does end up interested, look for me and my guild there.

Not really. The official game is so end loaded that and played mostly by people controlling their own groups. The Emulation servers are a bit better, but still.

I mean, if you have a lot of free time give it a shot, but even still Everquest is a huge time sink.
