Did you find a bike? I have a 2013 Yamaha FZ 8. Comfortable, plenty fast, and cheap on insurance. Seat height isn't bad either.I need to keep it 750 mL or under otherwise the insurance skyrockets.
Buddy has the tiger sport. Very cool bike.View attachment 866261

There's something about that green.
If there was a Triumph dealership within a reasonable distance, I would have picked up the Tiger 900 instead of my S1000XR. It's such a beautiful bike with all the same tech features, it's a nice bit thinner at the seat than the XR making it easier to get your feet down, and it's about 75lbs lighter.
From what I know of the Ruroc helmets, they are good quality and lightweight. Not worth that coolness tax, though.
...maybe worth if you own a Toyota 4Runner and the Tiger 900 in that colour.
Got a 1000 Versys and an MT-09. I ride the old boring Versys a lot more. Seat height really helps my old back. Plus, the lower torque helps when I don't feel like worrying about throttle control too much. The 09 can easily get away from me if I am being dumb.
Ive only had it for a year or so, but I like it a lot. Though I wouldn’t recommend it for a first bike or anything. It really wants to lift off into the sky when you’re not being careful. Cool for just riding around the city though.I had an Mt-09 for a few months. My cousin was gonna trade it in so i gave him a little more cash then sold it for a little more. Fast bike! Great motor.

Really want an Africa Twin or tenere one day.
