Any motorcycle enthusiasts?

The CB650r is a fantastic bike.

The only issue I have with naked bikes is that they're naked. No windshield and no fairing makes for a windy ride. The wind you'll get will be mostly "clean" aka free of turbulence thanks to the aerodynamics of bikes these days, but it's still fatiguing especially if you're on the highway a lot.

30,000kms per year is a decent bit of going. If I only had one bike and planned to do that kinda mileage I definitely wouldn't choose a naked. Maybe I'm a wuss.

Versys 650
V-Strom 650
NC750x

Those are great all rounders in that weight class.

Looking to upgrade my motorcycle(I like sport bikes, not cruisers because I’m not over 55..). Looking for input from those in the know

What are you gonna do with the bike? Commute? Joy rides? Track days?

Im 6'1 so i only like tall bikes. I mainly ride dirt but i have a Husky supermoto right now

My next street legal with be a Ducati Hypermotard Sp. Or a ktm 890 adventure R

I will use it to commute back-and-forth to work, and also do track days a couple times a month. I keep my bike on the road for six months of the year(may-oct). My commute is an hour each way and All highway. I am 5 foot three:rolleyes:. I don’t mind being tiptoed on a bike though.

Very nice. My wife rides and she is 5'2.

If you have to have a fairing get that new Aprilia Rs660.

2015 gixxer 1000
Gonna ride it the rest of this year and I really want to sell it and get a bimmer s1000rr.
My buddy has 1. Super fast but so easy to ride. It's got quick shifter so you don't need the clutch. Up or down. Launch control, heated grips, cruise control....fuckin sweet ride

I used to be but I find snowmobiling, boating and even ATV riding more fun so I sold mine
Same, I’m having lots of fun with my ATV and my new boat these days. Retirement is bliss.

Get an MT-07/MT-09 or a Z900

I ride a TW200 and can beat any sport bike in a race!

As long as the race is uphill on loose gravel.

The TW200 is a legendary bike. They're so in demand that used bikes are worth nearly as much as brand new. Whenever they pop on on classifieds I'm always tempted but I just can't pull the trigger on a 10 year old 200cc bike for the prices people are asking and getting.

Yeah the trick is to buy in winter. Not as many available but occasionally someone just has to make room in the garage right away.

They're still cheap new compared to other new bikes, if you have the money.

I'm going to ride mine till I die. And it will probably go on running for another 30 years after that
