I don't think so since it was somewhat clear he wanted no part of Aokiji when they met in Punk Hazard and even LESS of Kaido or at least that's how it came off. He's clearly powerful and I'd say very much on par with guys like Marco, but for him to be close to Yonkou just kind of devalues the title a a bit no?

For me that was a calculated retreat, don't think he would have beaten Aokiji, but would have given him a hell of a fight , knowing a loss was likely and he still had Dressrosa and his Black Market deals to worry about , I felt he decided not to push the issue.

Also, what is Aizens Bankai suppose to be!!!! I mean, Hajime No Ippo, Baki and HSDK are the only Mangas I read. I read Bleach to find out Aizens Bankai and I fucking didn't!!!! FUCK!!!!

With the way Bleach ended I'm putting more faith into that rumor that Bleach was gonna get cancelled. it was going typical bleach pace then suddenly it just started zoom'ing.

unless they show them in the live action movie (wouldn't be shocked if that doesn't happen) we might never know what Aizen's bankai was...hell there's still a bunch of unknown bankai which is what I'm most upset about lol

HSDK's ending came abruptly , but at least the ending was pretty satisfying.

The HSDK ending was as good considering the storyline they came up with. I mean, Senzui was a HORRIBLE character that really was unnecessary.

I hated how Saiga turned out to be a clueless moron instead of a badass and how Michael Schtilvay ended up getting NERFED despite being a badass scythe master.

On the upside, I was happy with my boy Ogata mastering his Sei-Dou, who knows maybe in the future sequel manga, him and Kenichi can have a death match as fellow masters.

Seeing the return of Dragonball super makes me wish they make a sequel to HSDK.

Funny thing is, when I was choosing a username, the moment I picked Sosuke Aizen, I wanted to see if I could pick Ogata but it was too late. Either way, Ogata and Aizen are the best since they both use science and experiments to power up.

That's a new one to me. So, it's by the Fist of the North Star dude? Looks like the scanlation is stalled out.

EDIT: Just tried it, didn't care for it. I'm not a fan of the guy's art style (uses very harsh lighting in a way that makes complex scenes tougher to parse at a glance) and am pretty sick of stories set in this time period featuring these figures.

I agree a 100 percent, to me, Bleach played out like Death Note. In my opinion the first half of Death Note felt like magic. L was an amazing antagonist and brought out the best in Light. While Nate and the other guy replacing L cheapened it big time and the second half of Death Note sucked for me.

Same with Aizen, he was intelligent and he worked around his flaws. He knew he wasn't the strongest guy or at least he was not the same level as Yamammoto and some of the royal guards. But he had some amazing plans based on his capabilities and he used his ability well both inside and outside of combat.

Meanwhile Yhwach could have been interesting. He had the look of Gold Rogers but they kept making him have new abilities to overcome situations as oppose to Aizen who used what he has in cunning fashion. Lazy writing regarding Quincy/Yhwach.

Regarding HSDK, I had big hopes for Ogata and Saiga. For the longest time, we had these two masters stepping up as big players. But then Hachiou masters made their debut as did Senzui and that fucked everything up. The mystery and Momentum of Ogata and Saiga was extinguished and the leader of Hachiou was simply a plot device to remove Hayato from the main action.

freaking loved Gantz, and this looks amazing even for CGI.

This works really well for a number of reasons: 1) the Gantz manga already used a lot of CGI for its props and other mechanical bits, 2) the drawing style of the character art is far more realistic than most manga and 3) the over all quality of the CGI is quite good and isn't trying to mimic hand-drawn cell animation. So kudos to whatever studio did that.

Wow, Tower of God was terrible this week. It was one giant tragic backstory exposition dump, and I could not have cared less.
