Its a long video yes. But they dive right into it. So if you watch even only the first five minutes or so.. you at least get their side of this strange thing

Pimp recruits and maintains by promoting riches and lifestyle. Tate is on tape saying how he recruits these girls, that much I recall. Stealing their money and all that stuff is the gray area I was talking about. That has always been the case when it comes to these types of social businesses, although, most of the time, it's spelled out. Take youtube for instance, they can demonetize someone and still reap the benefits of content...... is that stealing?

I have briefly followed the story, and I don't quite buy Tate's full story, sure as heck not buying his tiktok angle, but the sex work is what makes it open season on him.

in short, it's pimping and the byproduct was more in the form of porn which is legal in society. Because of this, there should NOT be a sex trafficking angle where the girls involved cannot testify, they should testify as needed. The sex trafficking angle is bullshit and used as technical legal workaround.

Tate is in trouble for tricking girls to fly to Romania (many of whom have never done sex work), using a "bottom bitch" to try to manipulate and control them to do sex cam work in basically a sweatshop, keeping them purposefully broke and isolated from friends and family so they have no choice, and using psychological and physical abuse to get them compliant. That's trafficking and not simply pimping.

He literally admitted a lot of this on tapes. He also talked on tape about defrauding the girl's cut of the money by pretending to pay taxes on their income stream. There are allegations (not yet proven) of him taking their passports as well - but that's not really proven yet. The other stuff is basically admitted too already on Tate's earlier video vlogs.

from my brief understanding of the case, Tate brothers have women workers, who were also in jail for the same amount of time.

the ladies were enforcing rules and taking a cut for the business they formed.

this is a common and legal way of promotion.

lets break it down
1. Flying in ladies - this is not uncommon in the porn business, not uncommon in sports, you want top talent? you fly them in, you give scholarships, etc. This will isolate by design, which makes it highly subjective. Should lebron sue for being flown into LA because he was offered and paid millions to work here?
2. Keeping them broke............ dont know how much the tate brothers were skimming, but that is the nature of all work. youtube takes a lot from creators, hell, they even demonetize for arbitrary reasons and dont pay at all on some content. This is a civil case.
3. pimping is needed in order for trafficking to exist, and since he's on the books with onlyfans, this is legal stuff, not as simple as prostitution.

I'm not familiar with what tate says on video, but according to reuters:
The suspected accomplices, Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu, controlled the six victims' OnlyFans and TikTok accounts on behalf of the Tates, skimming off half the revenue and fining women for being late or sniffling on camera, said prosecutors.

The pair threatened to beat the women up if they did not do their job, according to the court document.

what he says, and what was happening is different. The ladies could have implicated the tate brothers by now, if they were given orders to threaten the girls, and even that has not been proven, since no girl has spoken out.

For someone not invested you sure have a lot of posts in this thread defending Tate or at the very least trying to muddy the waters. And if you're not invested, how have you done the leg work looking into to the case to form an opinion, a strong one at that calling it an "obvious setup"

Yea nothing has been proven because the trial isn't taken place obviously. But there are text messages out showing these 2 talking about and threatening physical violence because some of the girls didn't pull in enough money. And a lot of other leaked texts. It's not looking good.

All the current info is out there if one wants to look.

Andrew Tate: Chats in 'War Room' suggest dozens of women groomed
Evidence that dozens of women were groomed into online sex work by members of influencer Andrew Tate's "War Room" group has been uncovered by the BBC.

Leaked internal chat logs identify 45 potential victims between March 2019 and April 2020 but the total number is likely to be higher.

The texts also appear to show the techniques used by War Room members to exploit possible victims.

The 36-year-old former kickboxer has been charged in Romania with rape and human trafficking.

On 4 August he was released from house arrest pending his trial. Last week details of graphic evidence compiled by Romanian prosecutors were revealed by the BBC.

His brother Tristan and two associates also face charges. All have denied the allegations.

The BBC's latest investigation - outlined in the documentary Andrew Tate: The Man Who Groomed the World? - centres on 12,000 pages of encrypted Telegram messages sent by hundreds of War Room members.

However the BBC's access to the logs was limited to those sent over a period of 13 months - so the total number of women possibly targeted and exploited by the group, which was formed in 2019, could be much higher.

Thats because its more about demonizing and attacking the other side than truly caring about "da chiDren" or real life human trafficking.

Also, they are so desperate for a relevant topical celebrity endorser that pushes part of their real agenda. They are willing to surrender the virtue signaling for that. Its not a belief they really stand on.
