when you create videos for many platforms, the platform itself, gets a cut, and the creator gets a cut. this is normal.

you can say the same with porn, which this is leading towards. the money is great, and that in itself is enough incentive.

tate was taking his cut, on top of platform and creator cuts, which makes him look like a pimp.

but in reality, there is no shortage of third parties that bring in more clients due to brand connections to try to take their cut, it is a wide industry practice.

tate was operating like a porn production company, and you can really make a case that they are all pimping companies.

pimps and sex trafficking are quite commonly associated.

the idea is that by pimping the girls out, they cannot represent themselves, hence sex trafficking charges, they are very closely related.

Pimp recruits and maintains by promoting riches and lifestyle. Tate is on tape saying how he recruits these girls, that much I recall. Stealing their money and all that stuff is the gray area I was talking about. That has always been the case when it comes to these types of social businesses, although, most of the time, it's spelled out. Take youtube for instance, they can demonetize someone and still reap the benefits of content...... is that stealing?

I have briefly followed the story, and I don't quite buy Tate's full story, sure as heck not buying his tiktok angle, but the sex work is what makes it open season on him.

in short, it's pimping and the byproduct was more in the form of porn which is legal in society. Because of this, there should NOT be a sex trafficking angle where the girls involved cannot testify, they should testify as needed. The sex trafficking angle is bullshit and used as technical legal workaround.
