Apparently Tate was investigated in 2015 for this case and the investigation was dropped and closed.

I am not someone who dwells in this crappy sub. I was just curious how the soy boys reacted to Tate being released and still with zero charges since December.

the UK police stated there was “doubt” in the case because she had consensual sex with him days later. this is a fundamental misunderstanding of rape trauma and how victims attempt to gain agency and perceived control after dealing with trauma. also doesn’t account for the fact that they were already having sex regularly before he raped her and she could just as easily be keeping up appearances out of fear. the UK is also among the world’s worst at even charging rapists with rape, often despite the rapist confessing.

Um, what? I never slept with anyone that young, but it is 100% legal where I live. I don't have an issue with it if it's legal. Not my problem I'm not gonna spend tax dollars on a 16 year old sleeping with her 21 year old boyfriend, literally don't give a single fuck. Its not a fundamental misunderstanding. Its an byproduct of having a system that requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

Police and prosecutors know defense cross examination will have a field day with it and that even trying to charge is a waste of taxpayers money.

its still the better option out of legal system alternatives I have seen proposed.

Yeah this is definitely true, stranger rapes are a minority but usually more horrific and sometimes involving more than just rape. But yeah it's definitely true, makes sense too - someone having close and comfortable access to a victim. The guy grabbing a woman on the street and dragging her into an alley is a minority compared to the guy living with her or being within her social circle or closer

I'm talking about hard evidence that Tate raped some girl in 2015. Some murky audio is not enough evidence to convict someone of rape.

this isn’t a court of law, you goober. a girl accused him of rape and he admitted to it. the law has nothing to do with it. he’s a rapist.
