You're making assumptions about anyone who disagrees as if we're all some kind of "bros" who think you're "jealous" or whatever. I do not follow Tate or know his content other than the peripheral stuff that one can't avoid. Stop making assumptions.

I'm simply saying I want hard evidence. Cherry picked audio or text messages is not enough evidence. Did he "admit" sex crimes in a court of law or a police officer? Obviously not - so there is no "admission."

Anything cherry picked is by definition only giving a limited window into what really happened with no context. Show ALL text messages. Show ALL communication.

Amber Heard had text messages, doctored pictures, video of Depp hitting cabinets and supposedly looking like a violent thug. Well we found out it was all manufactured bullshit.

Evan Rachel Wood is framing Marilyn Manson for alleged rape and sexual assault as we speak - she gathered a whole bunch of exes of his and coordinated a smear campaign. Now one of the women have come out and said it's all a hit job and she was pressured by the other women to lie. She falsely impersonated an FBI agent (through the mail) to lie and convince the other woman to go along with her ruse.

So no, I reserve all judgment until I see evidence. Man or women. I do not care. People lie all the time.

Come with charges. If you do not have enough evidence to even bring charges, it's all innuendo and bullshit to me until evidence says otherwise.

I swear innocent until proven guilty doesn't exist anymore.

On top of that, any stat of "false accusation" would be inaccurate because designations such as unfounded allow law enforcement to close cases without arriving at a conclusion and are used to describe cases without enough evidence, as opposed to false cases where the accuser is not credible or eventually admits that the accusation is untrue. It would need to be officially recorded as false.

There are child custody cases or just normal divorce cases where women claim abuse of some sort to get a leg up. They never get prosecuted (even if found to be false) and therefore is never counted as a "false accusation."

and you are counting “we didn’t charge him with anything” as categorically false. that’s not how the justice system works.
