can anyone recommend some some what healthy stuff i can buy with my food stamps? I have to store it in my car but luckily its like 30 degrees outside so it should keep fresh. I gotta cut sugar out and most carbs. are those clif bars worth getting? or are they bullshit disguised as healthy food?
i need to get a new can opener is what you're saying? I do eat the veggies they serve at my shelter but we eat a lot of pasta. We do eat a lot of chicken though so that's not too bad. I need to start skipping out on the dessert I suppose. Would also be nice if i had access to a microwaveHormel canned chili (protein!)

Yeah I'm gonna cut out all my sugar. I'm gonna have my last soda today just because I already bought it. I don't know what they'll be serving for lunch but I'm gonna pass on dessert and the bread they always serve. I've been sleeping pretty decent mostly because I have to wake up at 6 A.M every day. Working on getting my gym membership, by this time next week I imagine I'll have it. I drink a lot of sugar free powerade which has zinc and magnesium I believe. I also take a vitamin B complex in the morning.Just cut sugar and eat healthy, also someone said to supplement Zinc, Magnesium and D3 that stuff is good and may help.

I've got a doctors appointment next month to take care of some issues. I'll be bringing up my mental state for sure and hopefully get a referal to a specialist
