Am I too young to ask my doctor about low trt?

I've found taking zinc daily can make a difference. Magnesium helps too & vit d3.

Try and eat some healthy fats.

can anyone recommend some some what healthy stuff i can buy with my food stamps? I have to store it in my car but luckily its like 30 degrees outside so it should keep fresh. I gotta cut sugar out and most carbs. are those clif bars worth getting? or are they bullshit disguised as healthy food?

Hormel canned chili (protein!)
Canned corned beef
Canned fish
Canned beans
Canned vegetables

i need to get a new can opener is what you're saying? I do eat the veggies they serve at my shelter but we eat a lot of pasta. We do eat a lot of chicken though so that's not too bad. I need to start skipping out on the dessert I suppose. Would also be nice if i had access to a microwave

Just cut sugar and eat healthy, also someone said to supplement Zinc, Magnesium and D3 that stuff is good and may help.

Good health:

1) sleep
2) cut sugar
3) Workout
4) Get sun or supplement

And if you are constantly having bad thoughts its probably a mental health issue. If you are not happy all the time and in a good mood go see a psyc.

Yeah I'm gonna cut out all my sugar. I'm gonna have my last soda today just because I already bought it. I don't know what they'll be serving for lunch but I'm gonna pass on dessert and the bread they always serve. I've been sleeping pretty decent mostly because I have to wake up at 6 A.M every day. Working on getting my gym membership, by this time next week I imagine I'll have it. I drink a lot of sugar free powerade which has zinc and magnesium I believe. I also take a vitamin B complex in the morning.

I've got a doctors appointment next month to take care of some issues. I'll be bringing up my mental state for sure and hopefully get a referal to a specialist

Don´t try to change it all at once take it easy, also cardio seems to work just as much for mild depression as meds. So run if you can.

Then just remain with no desire for sex.

It's a burden, we only do it because our bodies practically force us to with an insatiable biological urge.

Use that time to do some research or something.

* This does not apply if you have a miserable wife or girlfriend.

My case manager says I should be able to get a YMCA membership with this. Going up there after lunch. GoFundMe money will be used for some decent work out gear. 20190116_114941-580x1031.jpg

Jeez I just started a calorie counter. Already at 1800 for the day. No more soda after today.

Plot twist, the doc will give him fake meds to keep banging his GF

If the doc is a very hot young woman doctor.

I've made a doctors appointment to get checked out.
What did your test results end up being ?

TRT is more common then you think. 2 of my family members where feeling sluggish in there 30s (one was 31 at the time and the other was 35).

T levels for there age was suppose to be 400-800 range. 31 year old had high 100s and the 35 year old had low 200s. One ended up doing the andro gel then switched to home injections. The other one did one lab visit where they did the injectable pellets and supposedly there good for 6 months
